# §50.41. EIS policy.


EIS's will be prepared and considered in program determinations pursuant to the general environmental policy stated in [§ 50.3](/cfr/24/50.3.md) and 40 CFR [1505.2 (b)](/cfr/40/1505.2.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/40/1505.2.md?p=c).
