# §35.825. Ongoing lead-based paint maintenance and reevaluation.


HUD shall incorporate ongoing lead-based paint maintenance and reevaluation, in accordance with [§ 35.1355](/cfr/24/35.1355.md), into regular building operations if HUD retains ownership of the residential property for more than 12 months.
