# §35.625. Multifamily insured property constructed after 1959 and before 1978.


Except as provided in [§ 35.630](/cfr/24/35.630.md), before the issuance of the firm commitment, the sponsor shall agree to incorporate ongoing lead-based paint maintenance practices into regular building operations, in accordance with [§ 35.1355(a)](/cfr/24/35.1355.md?p=a).
