# §35.310. Notices and pamphlet.

- (a) **Notice.** A notice of evaluation or hazard reduction shall be provided to the occupants in accordance with [§ 35.125](/cfr/24/35.125.md).
- (b) **Lead hazard information pamphlet.** The owner shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with [§ 35.130](/cfr/24/35.130.md).
