# §3282.53. Service of process on foreign manufacturers and importers.


The designation of an agent required by section 612(e) of the Act, [42 U.S.C. 5411(e)](/usc/42/5411.md?p=e), shall be in writing, dated, and signed by the manufacturer and the designated agent.
