# §3280.3. Manufactured home procedural and enforcement regulations, and consumer manual requirements.

- (a) A manufacturer must comply with the requirements of this part, [part 3282](/cfr/24/part3282.md) of this chapter, and [42 U.S.C. 5416](/usc/42/5416.md).
- (b) Consumer manuals must be in accordance with [§ 3282.207](/cfr/24/3282.207.md) of this chapter.
