# §267.1. Credit risk retention exceptions and exemptions for HUD programs.


The credit risk retention regulations codified at [12 CFR part 43](/cfr/12/part43.md) (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency); [12 CFR part 244](/cfr/12/part244.md) (Federal Reserve System); [12 CFR part 373](/cfr/12/part373.md) (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation); [17 CFR part 246](/cfr/17/part246.md) (Securities and Exchange Commission); and [12 CFR part 1234](/cfr/12/part1234.md) (Federal Housing Finance Agency) include exceptions and exemptions in [subpart D](/cfr/24/subpartD.md) of each of these codified regulations for certain transactions involving programs and entities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
