# §26.28. Purpose and scope.


Unless otherwise specified in this title, the rules in this subpart B of this part apply to hearings that HUD is required by statute to conduct pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act ([5 U.S.C. 554](/usc/5/554.md) et seq.)
