# §245.105. Recognition of tenant organizations.


Owners of multifamily housing projects covered under [§ 245.10](/cfr/24/245.10.md), and their agents, must:

- (a) Recognize legitimate tenant organizations; and (b) Give reasonable consideration to concerns raised by legitimate tenant organizations.
