# §244.1. Eligibility requirements.


The requirements set forth in [24 CFR part 200](/cfr/24/part200.md), [subpart A](/cfr/24/subpartA.md), apply to group practice facilities (title XI) of the National Housing Act ([12 U.S.C. 1749aaa](/usc/12/1749aaa.md)), as amended.
