# §241.1040. Eligible lenders.


Lenders approved as mortgagees under §§ [202.6](/cfr/24/202.6.md), [202.7](/cfr/24/202.7.md) or [202.9](/cfr/24/202.9.md) of this chapter are eligible for insurance of equity loans under this subpart.
