# §234.751. Cross-reference.

- (a) All of the provisions, except [§ 207.258(b)](/cfr/24/207.258.md?p=b) of [subpart B](/cfr/24/subpartB.md) of this chapter, covering mortgages insured under section 207 of the National Housing Act shall apply to mortgages insured under [section 234(d)](/cfr/24/234.md?p=d) of such Act.
- (b) For the purposes of this subpart, all references in [part 207](/cfr/24/part207.md) of this chapter to section 207 of the National Housing Act shall be construed to refer to [section 234(d)](/cfr/24/234.md?p=d) of the act.
