# §234.265. Contents of deed and supporting documents.


In addition to the requirements of [§ 203.367](/cfr/24/203.367.md), incorporated by reference, the deed shall comply with the plan of apartment ownership. Any changes therein, including the administration of the property, shall require FHA approval.
