# §220.751. Cross-reference.

- (a) All of the provisions of [subpart B](/cfr/24/subpartB.md), [part 207](/cfr/24/part207.md), of this chapter, covering mortgages insured under section 207 of the National Housing Act, apply with full force and effect to multifamily project mortgages insured under section 220 of the National Housing Act, except [§ 207.256b](/cfr/24/207.256b.md) Modification of mortgage terms.
- (b) For the purposes of the portion of this subpart, covering multifamily project mortgages, all references in [part 207](/cfr/24/part207.md) of this chapter to section 207 of the National Housing Act shall be deemed to refer to [section 220](/cfr/24/220.md) of the National Housing Act.
