# §213.1. Eligibility requirements.


The eligibility requirements set forth in [24 CFR part 200](/cfr/24/part200.md), [subpart A](/cfr/24/subpartA.md), apply to multifamily project mortgages insured under section 213 of the National Housing Act ([12 U.S.C. 1715e](/usc/12/1715e.md)), as amended.
