# §207.260. Maintenance and inspection of property.


As long as the mortgage is insured or held by the Commissioner, the mortgagor must maintain the insured project in accordance with the physical condition requirements in [24 CFR part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart G](/cfr/24/subpartG.md); and the mortgagee must inspect the project in accordance with the physical inspection requirements in [24 CFR part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), subpart G.
