# §207.252c. Premiums—mortgages insured pursuant to section 238(c) of the Act.


All of the provisions of §§ [207.252](/cfr/24/207.252.md) and [207.252a](/cfr/24/207.252a.md) governing mortgage insurance premiums shall apply to mortgages insured under this subpart pursuant to section 238(c) of the Act except that all mortgage insurance premiums due on such mortgages in accordance with §§ [207.252](/cfr/24/207.252.md) and [207.252a](/cfr/24/207.252a.md) shall be calculated on the basis of one percent.
