# §207.1. Eligibility requirements.


The eligibility requirements set forth in [24 CFR part 200](/cfr/24/part200.md), [subpart A](/cfr/24/subpartA.md), apply to multifamily project mortgages insured under section 207 of the National Housing Act ([12 U.S.C. 1713](/usc/12/1713.md)), as amended.
