# §200.11. Audit requirements for State and local governments as mortgagees.


Requirements set forth in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [subpart F](/cfr/24/subpartF.md), apply to State and local governments (as defined at 2 CFR [200.90](/cfr/2/200.90.md) and [200.64](/cfr/2/200.64.md), respectively) that receive mortgage insurance as mortgagees.
