# §110.1. Purpose.


The regulations set forth in this part contain the procedures established by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development with respect to the display of a fair housing poster by persons subject to sections 804 through 806 of the Fair Housing Act, [42 U.S.C. 3604-3606](/usc/42/3604-3606.md).
