# §1005.519. Creation of the contract.


The loan shall be a [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Guaranteed Loan from the date of the issuance of a Loan Guarantee Certificate. The Direct Guarantee Lender is thereafter bound by the regulations in this subpart with the same force and to the same extent as if a separate contract had been executed relating to the [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Guaranteed Loan, including the provisions of the regulations in this subpart and [12 U.S.C. 1715z-13a](/usc/12/1715z-13a.md).
