# §1005.421. Certification of appraisal amount.


A [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Guaranteed Loan must be accompanied by a sales contract satisfactory to HUD, executed by the seller, whereby the seller agrees that before any sale of the property, the seller will deliver to the purchaser of the property a certification of the appraisal, in a form satisfactory to HUD, setting forth the amount of the appraised value of the property.
