# §1005.413. Acceptable title.


To be considered acceptable title, a [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Guaranteed Loan must be secured by an interest in real estate held in fee simple or other property interest on Trust Land. Where the title evidences a lease that is used in conjunction with the [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Guaranteed Loan on Trust Land, the lease must comply with relevant provisions of [§ 1005.301](/cfr/24/1005.301.md).
