# §1005.305. Approval of Tribal application.


HUD shall review applications under [§ 1005.303](/cfr/24/1005.303.md) and where all requirements of [§ 1005.301](/cfr/24/1005.301.md) are met, HUD shall provide written notification of the approval of the Tribe to participate in the [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Program. If HUD determines the application is incomplete, or the documents submitted do not comply with the requirements of this subpart or any process prescribed in [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Program Guidance, HUD will work with the Tribe to cure the deficiencies before there is a denial of the application.
