# §1005.303. Tribal application.


A Tribe shall submit an application on a form prescribed by HUD. The application must include a copy of the Tribe's foreclosure, eviction, lease, priority lien ordinances, all cross-referenced ordinances in those sections, and any other documents in accordance with [Section 184](/cfr/24/184.md) Program Guidance.
