# §1003.609. Housing counseling.


Housing counseling, as defined in [24 CFR 5.100](/cfr/24/5.100.md), that is funded with or provided in connection with ICDBG funds must be carried out in accordance with [24 CFR 5.111](/cfr/24/5.111.md). Housing counseling conducted in connection with the ICDBG program may only be conducted by individuals who are HUD-certified in accordance with [24 CFR part 214](/cfr/24/part214.md), subpart F.
