# §940.13. Project administration.

- (a) Prior to authorization of highway trust funds for construction or implementation of ITS projects, compliance with [§ 940.11](/cfr/23/940.11.md) shall be demonstrated.
- (b) Compliance with this part will be monitored under Federal-aid oversight procedures as provided under 23 U.S.C. [106](/usc/23/106.md) and [133](/usc/23/133.md).
