# §661.49. Can TTFBP funds be spent on Interstate, State Highway, County, City, Township, and Toll Road TTF bridges?


Yes. Interstate, State Highway, County, City, Township, and Toll Road TTF bridges are eligible for funding as described in [§ 661.37(b)](/cfr/23/661.37.md?p=b).
