# §645.305. Definitions.


For purposes of this subpart, the terms defined in [47 U.S.C. 1504(a)](/usc/47/1504.md?p=a) shall have the same meaning where used in these regulations, notwithstanding other provisions of this part or [Title 23](/cfr/23.md) of the U.S.C.
