Compliance with this subpart will be monitored under Federal-aid oversight procedures as provided under 23 U.S.C. [106](/usc/23/106.md) and [133](/usc/23/133.md), [23](/usc/23/23.md) CFR 1.36, and [23 CFR 940.13](/cfr/23/940.13.md).
