# §490.805. Definitions.


All definitions in [§ 490.101](/cfr/23/490.101.md) apply to this subpart. Unless otherwise specified in this subpart, the following definitions apply in this subpart:

On-road mobile source means, within this part, emissions created by all projects and sources financed with funds from the [23 U.S.C. 149](/usc/23/149.md) CMAQ program.
