Except as otherwise provided in [subpart A](/cfr/23/subpartA.md) of this part, terms defined in 23 U.S.C. [101(a)](/usc/23/101.md?p=a) and [49](/usc/23/49.md) U.S.C. 5302 are used in this subpart as so defined.
