# §450.202. Applicability.


The provisions of this subpart are applicable to States and any other organizations or entities (e.g., MPOs, RTPOs and public transportation operators) that are responsible for satisfying the requirements for transportation plans and programs throughout the State pursuant to 23 U.S.C. [135](/usc/23/135.md) and [49](/usc/23/49.md) U.S.C. 5304.
