# §1300.43. Continuing requirements.


Notwithstanding the expiration of an annual grant application, the provisions in 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [1201](/cfr/2/part1201.md) and [23 CFR part 1300](/cfr/23/part1300.md), including but not limited to equipment and audit, continue to apply to the grant funds authorized under 23 U.S.C. Chapter 4 and [Section 1906](/cfr/23/1906.md).
