# §1300.10. General.


To apply for any highway safety grant under 23 U.S.C. Chapter 4 and [Section 1906](/cfr/23/1906.md), a State shall submit electronically and according to the due dates in §§ [1300.11](/cfr/23/1300.11.md) and [1300.12](/cfr/23/1300.12.md)—

- (a) A triennial Highway Safety Plan meeting the requirements of this subpart; and
- (b) **An annual grant application.**
