# §9a.5. Declassification and downgrading.


The provisions of E.O. 11652, 22 CFR [9.9 through 9.15](/cfr/22/9.9..9.15.md), and [9a.4(b)](/cfr/22/9a.4.md?p=b) shall govern declassification and downgrading of such information or material.
