# §92.13. Form of notarial certificate.


The form of a notarial certificate depends on the nature of the notarial act it attests. (See [§§ 92.18 to 92.48](/cfr/22/92.18..92.48.md) for discussions of the various forms of notarial certificates.) Rules pertaining to venue, and signing and sealing, are common to all notarial certificates.
