# §910.5. Judicial review.


Any aggrieved party may obtain judicial review of a final action of an Agency head or the Board on any grievance in the district courts of the United States in accordance with the standards set forth in chapter 7 of title 5 of the United States Code. [5 U.S.C. 706](/usc/5/706.md) shall apply without limitation or exception.
