# §705.101. Cross-reference to employee ethical conduct standards and financial disclosure regulations.


Employees of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) should refer to the executive branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct at [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md), the DFC regulation at [5 CFR 4301.101](/cfr/5/4301.101.md) which supplements the executive branch-wide standards, and the executive branch-wide financial disclosure regulation at [5 CFR part 2634](/cfr/5/part2634.md).
