# §513.420. Scope of suspension.


The scope of a suspension is the same as the scope of a debarment (see [§ 513.325](/cfr/22/513.325.md)), except that the procedures of [§§ 513.410 through 513.413](/cfr/22/513.410..513.413.md) shall be used in imposing a suspension.
