# §513.405. Causes for suspension.

- (a) Suspension may be imposed in accordance with the provisions of [§§ 513.400 through 513.413](/cfr/22/513.400..513.413.md) upon adequate evidence:
  - (1) To suspect the commission of an offense listed in [§ 513.305(a)](/cfr/22/513.305.md?p=a); or
  - (2) That a cause for debarment under [§ 513.305](/cfr/22/513.305.md) may exist.
- (b) Indictment shall constitute adequate evidence for purposes of suspension actions.
