# §513.210. Voluntary exclusion.


Persons who accept voluntary exclusions under [§ 513.315](/cfr/22/513.315.md) are excluded in accordance with the terms of their settlements. Broadcasting Board of Governors shall, and participants may, contact the original action agency to ascertain the extent of the exclusion.
