# §512.13. Exploration of compromise.


Broadcasting Board of Governors may attempt to effect compromise in accordance with the standards set forth in [part 103](/cfr/22/part103.md) of the Federal Claims Collection Standards ([4 CFR part 103](/cfr/4/part103.md)).
