# §191.10. Eligibility for benefits.


A person designated as a hostage under [subpart A](/cfr/22/subpartA.md) of this subchapter, other than a member of the Armed Forces covered by the provisions of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, shall be eligible for benefits under this part.
