# §1508.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 1508.970](/cfr/22/1508.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 1508.215](/cfr/22/1508.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
