# §1507.10. Exemptions.


No Foundation system or systems of records, as such, are exempted from the provisions of [5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md), as permitted under certain conditions by 5 U.S.C. [552a (j)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=j) and [(k)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=k).
