# §1428.1. Scope.


This part sets forth procedures under which the Board, pursuant to [22 U.S.C. 4107(a)(5)](/usc/22/4107.md?p=a-5) enforce decisions and orders of the Assistant Secretary in standards of conduct matters arising under [5 U.S.C. 7120](/usc/5/7120.md).
