# §1423.15. Intervention.


Any person involved and desiring to intervene in any proceeding pursuant to this part shall file a motion in accordance with the procedures set forth in [§ 1423.22](/cfr/22/1423.22.md). The motion shall state the grounds upon which such person claims involvement.
