# §129.11. Maintenance of brokering records by registrants.


A person who is required to register pursuant to this part (including those registered in accordance with [§ 129.3(d)](/cfr/22/129.3.md?p=d)) must maintain records concerning brokering activities in accordance with [§ 122.5](/cfr/22/122.5.md) of this subchapter.
