# §1008.105. Does this part apply to me?

- (a) **Portions of this part apply to you if you are either—**
  - (1) A recipient of an assistance award from the Inter-American Foundation; or
  - (2) **A(n) Inter-American Foundation awarding official.** (See definitions of award and recipient in §§ [1008.605](/cfr/22/1008.605.md) and [1008.660](/cfr/22/1008.660.md), respectively.)
